"PagerDuty on Tour TOKYO 2024: Reconstructing Operational Resilience in the New Era of AI and Automation," a gathering of technology leaders including CIOs, CTOs, and CDOs who are responsible for DX in modern companies, was held at Tokyo Midtown on Tuesday, August 6th, and DXable (Digital Accels Inc.) also participated and exhibited as an authorized distributor.

In addition to the keynote speech by CEO Jennifer Tejada, numerous speakers provided various insights in special sessions, including tips on IT operations, building rapid recovery capabilities in the event of system failures, and achieving business expansion growth. DXable introduced PagerDuty Premium Support - AI Desk (β) (AI Desk) to visitors. AI Desk is a new service in which AI that has studied the PagerDuty manual supports customers in utilizing and operating PagerDuty. Please look forward to the official release in September of this year.
