My role entails handling inquiries from Japanese customers, orchestrating the efforts of each team member, enhancing and streamlining operations, managing project progress, and overseeing event-related tasks. I am responsible for providing analysis support through Adobe Analytics. Prior to joining Digital Accels, I had no prior exposure to the IT industry. This marks my inaugural experience with remote work, and I occasionally face challenges in maintaining communication and focus. Nevertheless, these challenges serve as opportunities for personal growth.
